Deze tarieven gelden voor Economische partnerschapsovereenkomsten; CARIFORUM behalve Haïti; GSP-EBA (bijzondere regeling voor de minst ontwikkelde landen - Everything But Arms); LGO (Landen en Gebieden Overzee).

Beperkingen en papierwerk
Belangrijk
Er zijn invoerbeperkingen geregistreerd voor goederen van oorsprong uit:
- Oekraïne
- Wit-Rusland
- Russische Federatie
- elk land
De EU registreert documentvoorwaarden bij deze code. Wat de Douane kan vragen, hangt af van waar de goederen vandaan komen, wat het product precies is en van de douaneregeling.
Bewijs van oorsprong 2 voorwaarden
Als je aanspraak maakt op een lager tarief voor goederen uit een land waarmee de EU een handelsakkoord heeft, vraagt de Douane om een bewijs van oorsprong, bijvoorbeeld een EUR.1-certificaat of een oorsprongsverklaring.

Sancties en regio's waarvoor beperkingen gelden 10 voorwaarden
Sommige voorwaarden komen uit de sanctieregels van de EU. Die zijn van belang wanneer de goederen verband houden met een land of regio waarvoor de EU handelsbeperkingen heeft ingesteld.

- Goederen die niet afkomstig zijn uit of bestemd zijn voor de Krim of Sebastopol (artikel 2, onder a), en artikel 2 ter, lid 1, van Verordening (EU) nr. 692/2014 van de Raad)
- Goederen die niet afkomstig zijn uit of niet bestemd zijn voor de niet onder regeringsgezag vallende gebieden van Oekraïne in de oblasten Donetsk, Kherson, Luhansk en Zaporizhzhia

- Goederen die het grondgebied van de douane-unie van de EU zijn binnengekomen en bij de douaneautoriteiten zijn aangebracht vóór de inwerkingtreding of de datum van toepassing van deze sanctie, naargelang welke datum het laatst valt (zie artikel 8 septies van Verordening (EU) nr. 765/2006)
- Invoervergunning op grond van artikel 1 novodecies bis lid 10, van Verordening (EU) nr. 765/2006 van de Raad
- De verbodsbepalingen van artikel 3 decies, lid 1, van Verordening (EU) nr. 833/2014 van de Raad zijn niet van toepassing (zie vrijstellingen in artikel 3 decies, lid 3 bis bis).
- Invoervergunning op grond van artikel 12 ter, lid 2, van Verordening (EU) nr. 833/2014 van de Raad
- Goederen die het grondgebied van de douane-unie van de EU zijn binnengekomen en bij de douaneautoriteiten zijn aangebracht vóór de inwerkingtreding of de datum van toepassing van deze sanctie, naargelang welke datum het laatst valt (zie artikel 12 sexies van Verordening (EU) nr. 833/2014)
- Invoervergunning op grond van artikel 3 decies lid 3 quater, van Verordening (EU) nr. 833/2014 van de Raad
Productcontroles en vergunningen 4 voorwaarden
Afhankelijk van het precieze product kan de Douane om een licentie, een vergunning of een controlecertificaat vragen voordat de goederen worden vrijgegeven.

Deze voorwaarden passen in geen van de groepen hierboven. Of de Douane erom vraagt, hangt af van de goederen, hun herkomst en de douaneregeling.
